Refund policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you are unhappy with the product, you may be eligible for an exchange. Please contact us.
The Customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning any item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping will be refunded in the case of a return only if the items are defective or damaged.
Exchanges will only be accepted if product has not been opened. The Customer is responsible for shipping charges. If the item is opened and your exchange request is based on preference of scent. You may be eligible for store credit provided by discount. This policy is a one-time only per customer, based on timeframe, communication, and may change based on each situation.
Reasons for an Exchange –
- Ordered the wrong items
- Defective or Damaged
If the product has been damaged in shipping, please contact us.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Sale Items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Returns based on preference to the scent are not accepted. An exchange may be warranted with the customer paying shipping costs.
- Gift Cards are Non-Refundable
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
Your steps should be laid out clearly, linking to relevant pages, such as your online portal.
- Contact us immediately.
- Provide your Name on the account, Order #, Items, and the Reason for the return or exchange.
- When and if approved for a return. Please ship all items with a tracking number, provide the order number on the side of the box with R# before the number. Example R#1505. Customer will pay for shipping; no COD’s will be accepted.
If approved for a FREE shipping return. Send all items back to us using the label provided while following all other steps in this section.
- Customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have been granted a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- For returns where FREE shipping was applied to the cart there will be a restocking fee of 25%. If you have been granted a refund, the fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- A Refund will be provided once the items have been received and examined.
Items not received
1. International orders may take longer to receive. Check the tracking number on your order. A tracking number will be provided for every order and will be associated to the order. We are not responsible for courier delays and shipping costs will not be refunded.
2. Failure to pick up the original order from the Post Office and items returned to us. A refund of the product will occur. Shipping costs are non refundable.
3. If the Wrong address is provided. We can update before a shipment is delivered. Contact us immediately. If we are not contacted and the items are delivered to the wrong place. We are not responsible for the costs of the order. Contact us immediately for a solution.
