Important Shipping Update – U.S. Orders Temporarily Paused
We want to keep you fully informed about some major changes currently affecting shipments from Canada to the United States.
On August 29, 2024, U.S. Customs changed how all parcels are processed. This has caused unprecedented delays at the border, and unfortunately, many Canadian retailers — including Valhalla — are unable to move orders smoothly across to the U.S. right now.

All U.S. shipping is temporarily paused until this issue improves.

Orders already in transit may take longer than normal to arrive. If retuned, we'll issue full refunds.

This situation is impacting every Canadian retailer, not just Valhalla.
We expect things to stabilize once the new system settles, but at this time, we cannot guarantee timely delivery to the U.S.
